Monthly Meeting.
A monthly meeting of the Hutchinson Utilities Commission was held on
January 7, 1963 at five o'clock P . M. at the billing office of the
Hutchinson Utilities Commission.
All Commissioners were present, including newly appointed Commissioner
H. P. Q.uade. Supt. R. E. Young and Supt. Kuiken were also present.

Quade seconded the motion. The
motion was unanimously carried
to adopt
the following Resolution;
"RESOLVED - That
the Hutchinson Utilities
Commission wishes
to recognize the sincere,
honest and valuable
services performed by
Wallace W. Kurth
the Hutchinson
in acting as a member of
Utilities Commission during
his term of office
from the 25th day of July,
1960, to the 31st day of December, 1962.

to provide Wallace W. Kurth with a
copy of the same as a token of
appreciation by the Hutchinson Utilities
Commission."

Special Meeting.
A Special Meeting of the Hutchinson" Utilities Commission was held on
January 14, 1963 in the new Utilities billing office, 22 Main St. North,
at llt30 A. M.
All Commissioners were present.
After
making
an inspection of the
building, it was found that changes
would
have to
be made
in order to
better utilize
all available space.
Commissioner
Quade was
requested
to obtain bids
on the remodeling.
There
being no
further
business,
the meeting was
adjourned.
