3�ecial Meeting.
A special meeting of the Hutchinson Utilities Commission was held on
March 16, 1963 in the office of Dr. R. I. Sheppard.
All Commissioners were present.
Motion was made by Commissioner Thompson and seconded by Commissioner
Quade to promote DeWayne Rubedor to Line Foreman and increase his
salary $30.00 per month, effective April 19 1963.

New Salary
450.00
Motion was made by Commissioner Quade and seconded by Commissioner
Thompson to employ Charles Turner as a lineman at a monthly salary
of 400.00, effective April 11 1963.
Motion was made by Commissioner Thompson and seconded by Commissioner
Quade to pay Milton Studeman time and a half for additional hours
spent performing janitor duties in the warehouse - about 5 hours per
week.
Motion was made by Commissioner Thompson and seconded by Commissioner
Quade to pay Blue Cross and Blue Shield coverage for all employees,
effective April 1, 1963. (Coverage remai,Ls the same.)
