Monthly Meeting.
A monthly meeting of the Hutchinson Utilities Commission was held
on May 13, 1963 in Hutchinson Utilities Billing Office at 5;00 P. M.
All Commissioners were present; also Supt. Young, Line Supt., Hugo
Mahs and ,attorney Comer.
Motion was made by Commissioner Thompson and seconded by Commissioner
Q,,uade to pay the expenses of DeWayne Rubedor while attending Civilian
Defense meetings, June 5th and June 6t-h- The motion was unanimously
carried*

EASEMENT AGREEMENT.
such documents as are necessary to accomplish the obtaining
of the Easement Agreement.
Adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
moved, seconded and unax mous ly carried by the members of
the Commission at the regular meeting at the Hutchinson
Utilities Commission billing office in the City of Hutchinson
on Monday, May 13, 1963.

annual fee of Twenty- five {$25.00) Dollars. The President
and Secretary are further authorized and directed to execute
such documents as are necessary to accomplish the obtaining
of the Easement Agreement.

the Commission at the regular meeting at the Hutchinson
Utilities Commission billing office in the City of Hutchinson
