Special Meeting.
November 79 1967.
A special meeting of the Futchinson Utilities Commission was held
at ten o'clock A. fJ. on November 7, 1967 at the Billing Office.
All Commissioners were present; also Supt. Young and Mayor Kost.
As a result of several meetings with Mayor Kost, it was decided that
the utilities purchase its own billing machine as the Light and 179ter
systems were not compatible.
There being no f urther business, mot ion was made by Commissioner Filk
and seconded by Commissioner Tracy to adjourn the meeting. Motion was
unanimously carried.

A special meeting of
the Hutchinson Utilities Commission was held
at four o'clock P. M. on November 28, 1967 at the Billing Office.
All Commissioners were present; also Supt. Young and Mr. Reyerson.
C ommis s inner Filk moved that the Commission call for bids for purchase
of a billing machine, based on the specifications prepared by the
Superintendent, and that notice of the call f or bids be rublished in
the Hutch nson Leader on Friday, December 1, 1967and Friday, December 8,
1967, and that said notice provide that bids will be received to
December 11, 1967 at four P. M. and opened by the Commission on
December 11, 1967 at four P. M.
Commissioner Tracy seconded the motion, and upon vote being taken all
members voted in favor thereof and no one voted in opposition thereto,
and said motion was declared unanimously adopted.
There being no further business, motion was made by Commissioner Filk
and seconded by Commissioner Tracy to adiourn the meeting. Motion was
unanimously carried .
