07-10-1968 HUCMi lid' a f Regular Meeting. June 10, 1968. The regular meeting of the Hutchinson Utilities Commission was held at the Hutchinson Utilities Billing Office on the 10th day of June, 1968. All Commissioners were present; also Supt. Young. The meeting was called to order by the 'President and the minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved as read. Motion was made by Commissioner- Filk and seconded by Commissioner Tracy to increase the imprest fund by $500.00. Motion was unanimously carried. Motion was made by Commissioner Tracy and seconded by Commissioner Filk to invest any surplus funds in Federal Securities. Motion was unanimously carried. Motion was made by Commissioner Filk and seconded by Commissioner Tracy to pay Mathias Schnichels his regular salary during his period of guard duty. Whatever compensation he receives from the Government should be turned over to the Utilities. Motion was unanimously carried. Motion was made by Commissioner Filk and seconded by Commissioner Tracy authorizing the President and Supt. to attend to attend the League of Minnesota Municipalities meeting held in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota.
