Special Meeting.
April 2, 1971.
A special meeting of the Hutchinson Utilities Commission
was held on April 2, 1971 at two o'clock P. M. at the
Commission's meeting room.
All Commissioners were present.
Commissioner Filk introduced the f ollowing resolution
and moved its adoption:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Hutchinson Utilities Commission of
the City of Hutch ins on, that President Quade and Secretary
R. E. Young execute an agreer!ent with the Chicago and North
Western Railway Company for a manhole at Hutchinson upon
the property of the Railway C o ipany and adjacent to the
track at Hutchinson, Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution
was duly seconded by Commissioner Tracy, and upon vote
being; taken thereon, the following voted in favor there:
Howard Quade
Clinton Tracy
Herbert Filk
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and
adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting
Secretary of the Hutchinson Utilities Commission of the
City of Hutchinson, McLeod County, Minnesota, hereby
certify that the attached and foregoing is a full, true
and correct transcript of the minutes of a meeting of the
Hutchinson Utilities Commission of said City duly called
and held on the date therein indicated, so .far as such
minutes relate to an agreement.

day of April, 1971.

Motion was made by Commission Tracy, seconded by Commissioner
Filk and unanimously carried to discontinue adver#ising either
on the radio or in the paper. The traditional Christmas greeting
would be printed.
There heinF no further business, motion was male, seconded and
unanimously carried to adjourn the meeting.
