Regular Meeting
The monthly meeting of the Hutchinson Utilities Commission was
held on Septenber 21, 1971 at ten o'clock A. M. in the Hutobinson
Utilities meeting place.
All Cnmmiss inners were present; also Steve Wacker, Assistant Manager.
Minutes of the last meetings were read and approved as read.
Motion was made by Commissioner Filk, seconded by Commissioner
Tracy and unanimously carried to accept the request(as per letter
dated September 8, 1971) that their contract demand be reduced
from 1100 MCF /day to 950 MCF /day effective October 19 1971.
Cabe TV was discussed for the City of Hutchinson and it was
decided to arrange a meeting; with the City Council in the near
future for further discussion.
A request "or project payment #, 9 in the amount of $15,586.99 to
R. L. Vogt, Inc. was received, payment was approved by Associated
Consultants. Motion was made by Commissioner Tracy, seconded by
Commissioner Filk and unanimously carried that payment be allowed.
Motion was made by Commissioner Filk, seconded by Commissioner
Tracy and unanimously carried to dace Laverne Wylie on the
monthly payroll at $425.00.
Motion was made by Commissioner Filk, seconded by Commissioner
Tracy to contact the Bureau of Reclamation, Billings, Montana
regarding the renewal of our contract until Apr-J-1,1972.
Motion was ma�?e by Commissioner, F ilk, seconded by Commissioner
Tracy and unanimously carried t�o,00xitribute $200,000 to the City
of Hutchinson during; thf� °isc.al year 1972 -1073. The Secretary
was instructed to write a letter to tine Mayor informing the City
of the Commission's intention.

Due to Commissioners being out of town on the regular meeting
date of October 11, 1971, the meeting was set for October 7, 1971.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned by
motion made by Commissioner Filk, seconded by Commissioner Tracy I
and unanimously carried.
