Regular Meeting
July 8, 1974
All Commissioners were present; also Manager Wacker.
Meeting was called to order by President Quade at two o'clock P.M.
Minutes of the regular meeting dated June 18, 1974 were read and
approved as read.
Minutes of the special meeting dated July 39 1974 were read and
approved as read.
Mayor Black paid a complimentary visit to the meeting.
Review and discussion was held on the preliminary plans for the
Utilities Service Building. Suggested changes were made. Manager
Wacker was instructed to submit the plans to Associated Consultants
for their immediate action.
