All Commissioners were present; also Mgr. Wacker and Counsel
Peterson.
President Quade called the meeting to order at 9 a.m.
Minutes of the Regular Meeting of August 18, 1975, were read and
approved as read.
Minutes of the Special Meeting of August 28, 1975, were read and
approved as read.
Counsel Peterson discussed letters from Bond Attorneys Briggs and
Morgan and Taegre and Benson concerning our future expansion Bond
Issue. No action was taken.at this time.
Councilman Ralph Westlund and Curt Sampson of Communications, Inc. of
Hutchinson appeared in regard to the amount of pole rental being
charged in accordance with our agreement. After discussion no ac-
tion was taken.
The motion was made by Commissioner Filk, seconded by Commissioner
Tracy, and carried, to elect all officers to continue in their
present elected status:

Secretary Clinton Tracy
On a motion by Commissioner Filk, seconded by Commissioner Tracy,
and carried, the following bills were allowed:

A motion was made by Commissioner Filk, seconded by Commissioner
Tracy, and carried, to submit bills to the McLeod County Fair
Board as presented by Mgr. Wacker.
ON a motion by Commissioner Tracy, seconded by Commissioner Filk,
and carried, it was decided to allow certain Utilities personnel
and Commissioners to attend the Minnesota Municipal Utilities
Association meeting to be held at the Marriott Inn, Bloomington,
on October 9 and'10, 1975.
