Monthly Meeting
July 1, 1946
Upon notice duly given the said Commission met at the office of
the President, R. I. Sheppard, of said Commission, in the City of
Hutchinson at 7;30 o1clock P. M., all members being present.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
Motion was made, seconded and carried that a cost of living in-

Motion was made, seconded and carried that the following bonuses
be granted; (starting July 1,1945 to July 1, 1946.)
Russell Thompson 10.00 per month
L. L. Bipes -10 per hour
Ralph Hakel -05 per hour
Norwood Reynolds -05 per hour
