Monthly Meeting
May 7, 1945
The regular monthly meeting of the Light & Power Commission was
postponed to May10, 1945, because of the absence from the City of a
majority of the Commission.

The regular monthly meeting of the Ligrit & Power Commission post-
poned from May 71 1945 was held at the office of Dr. R. I. Sheppard at
5;00 P. M.
All Commissioners were present. Supt. Young was also present.
Motion was made, seconded and carried that the salary of Ruth
Betker be increased $10.00 per month.
Motion was made, seconded and carried that a picture of Frank Zila
be placed in the office of the Light Plant to show recognition of his
being one of the earliest citizens of Hutchinson to back the Light Plant.

The Light & Power Commission of the City of Hutchinson, met on
the above date and at said hour, at Dr. R. I. Sheppard's office, in
the City of Hutchinson, McLeod County, Minnesota.
All member s of the Commission, as well as, Supt. Young, were
present.
Motion was made, seconded and carried that Dr. R. I. Sheppard,
President, be authorized to sign the application to the War Production
Board for the new Busch engine.
