Upon notice duly given by the President of the Light and Power
Commission, a special meeting of the Light and Power Commission was
held in the office of Dr. R. I. Sheppard.
All Commissioners and Supt. Young; were present.
Motion was made, seconded and carried that the plans and speci-
fications presented by the Buell & Winter Engineering Co. be approved
and accepted and that notice for bids and other pertinent information
be sent to prospective bidders by the Engineers.
Motion was made, seconded and carried that 1 :00 P•M•,at the
office of the Light Plant April 28, 1945 be set as the time for fe-
ceiving and opening of bids on the engine, generator and accessories.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
