E L N W D o _ QZU_ November 3, 1941 - Monthly Meeting The regular monthly meeting-of the Light & Power Com- mission was postponed to November 4, -1941, because of the absence from the City of a majority of the Commission. , Secretary November 4, 1941 - Adjourned Meeting The regular monthly meeting of the Light & Power Com- mission postponed from November 39 1941 was held at the Plant office at 5 P. M. All members were present. Superintendent R. W. Strohmeier was also present. The minutes of the meeting of October 6, 1941 were read and approved as read. Commissioner Thompson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoptions WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Hutchinson advise that there is insufficient funds in the General Fund of said City to meet current obligations and WHEREAS, the Light & Power Commission has no current obligations which they are unable to meet, therefore be it RESOLVED, that this Commission authorize the contribution of the sum of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) to the City Treasurer for deposit in the General Fund of said City. The motion was seconded by 'Commissioner Dahl. Upon roll call all Commissioners voted aye, thereupon President Sheppard declared the resolution duly adopted.
