07-07-1941 HUCM1 1 July 7, 1941 - Monthly Meeting The regular monthly meeting of the Light & Power Commission was held at-the Light Plant office at 5 =00 P. M. All members of the Commission were present, 8up't. Strohmeier was also present. The minutes of the meeting of June 2, 1941 were read and approved as read. Moved by Commissioner Dahl and seconded by Commissioner Sheppard that Commissioner Thompson, Superintendent Strohmeier and L. A. Winter, Consulting Engineer be authorized to witness engine.test at Busch- Sulzer Bros. - Diesel Engine Co. at St. Louis and that their expenses be paid. Motion carried. Commissioner Thompson offered the following resolution, and moved its adoption; WHEREAS, both Dr. R. I. Sheppard, President and Dr. A. Thompson, Vice President expect to be absent from the city for an indefinite time therefore, be it nSOLVEA}•. that C of pis si oner R. W.
