Special Meeting
September 30, 1940
A special meeting of the Light & Power Commission was held
at the Light Plant office at 5;00 P. M.
All members of the Commission were present. Supt. Strohmeier
was also present.
Commissioner Sheppard introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption.
RESOLUTION
Be it resolved by the Municipal Light and power Commission
of the City of Hutchinson, Minnesota, that the President
of said Commission and the Secretary of said Commission
be and they hereb y are authorized and directed to execute
in behalf of said Commission, a_ certain lease by and

Association which said lease is dated August 29, 1940•

Commissioner Thompson seconded the motion. Upon roll call
all Commissioners voted Aye. Whereupon President Sheppard
declared the resolution duly adopted.
The meeting adjourned.
