02-05-1940 HUCMRegular Meeting February 5, 1940 The regular meeting of the Light & Power Commission was held at 5;00 P. M. at the Light Plant office. All members were present, Sup't Strohmeier was also present. The minutes of the meetings held January 2, 1940 and Special meeting of February 1, 1940 were read and approved as read. Motion was made, seconded and unanimously carried that the salaries of the following employees be adjusted as follows, to be effective as of March 1, 1940. Ross Heilman from $110 to $125 James Moran it 100 to 110 Lloyd Mackedanz " 95 to 105 F. W. '''sping 90 to 100 Hugo Mahs " 150 to 160 Leif Larson " 150 to 160 F. W. Putney " 165 to 175 Commission Dahl introduced the following resolution and moved its adipti on; RESOLUTION RESOLVED that the City Treasurer and the President of the Electric Light & Power Commission be and they are hereby authorized to enter into a custodian agreement with the First National. Bank and Trust Company for the purpose of custody of certain property and that they be authorized to sign and deliver to said First National Rank and Trust Company a custodian agreement reading as follows; CUSTODIAN AGREEMENT Number C1024 Dated January 319 1940 First National Bank and Trust Company of Minneapolis Minneapolis Minnesota You are hereby constituted and appointed our Agent to act for us in the following respects with reference to the property described in the attached Schedule "A ", and any other property hereafter placed in the account; (L) To hold all bonds and coupons attached thereto subject to the specific instructions of the Treasurer of the City of Hutchinson and the President of the Electric Light and Power Commission of the City of Hutchinson, as to the collection, canc6lation or delivery thereof. (2) To remit all income and principal collections if any to the City Treasurer by check (3) To make an annual inventory of the property in our account as of the first day of February. 140 The motion was seconded b -.- Commissioner Sheppard. Upon roll call President Sheppard voted aye, Commissioner Thompson voted aye, and Commissioner Dahl voted aye, whereupon President "heppard declared the resolution duly adopted.
