given a special meeting of the Light
held at the office of Dr. R. I. Sheppard,
present. In the absence of Paul J.
W. Strohmeier was appointed Acting
Moved, seconded and unamimously carried that a Plymouth
Road King, standard Model, Tudor sedan be purchased from
Steele Motor Company, at their quoted price of dA340, and trade -
in Chevrolet Truck No. 21GC 111638 to include special paint job
heater and defrosters, and that the following additional
Pouipment be purchased at the prices indicated;
Trunk $14.00
Ventilators 1.00
Seat Covers 9.75
Moved, seconded and unanimously carried that an
International Model D15, 4 to 1 ton, 130" wheelbase chassis and
cab, including heater and defrosters, be purchased from
Chas. Senescall at his quoted price of six hundred seventy
eight dollars plus $15.00 for special paint job.
Mloved, seconded and unanimously carried that an F. W. D.
Model B -7 Steel Utility type body complete with ladder racks
and to fit International D15 chasis be purchased from Graybar
Electric Company at their quoted price of X404.75, f. o. b.
factory plus '$'15.00 for eratin,.; and yA8.0() for special paint ,job.
is!ioved, Seconded and unanimously carried that Fred W. Putney
be appointed Secretary of the Commission in place of Paul J.
Anderson, to be effective July lst, 1939.
Moved, seconded and unanimously carried that Fred W. Putney
be paid 010.00 per month as Secretary in addition to his regular
salary, effective as of July 1, 1939.
Moved, seconded and unanimously carried that the regular
salary of Paul J. Anderson be increased From X12,0 per month to
$140 per month..
