02-07-1938 HUCM42 Monthly Meeting February 7, 1938 The regular monthly meeting of the Light & Power Commission was held in the office of the Superintendent in the Plant building at 5 P.M. . All members were present. R. W. Strohmeier was also present. The minutes of the meeting held January 3, 1938 were read and approved as read. The balance namely $1218.75 being interest on Pledge Orders No. 2, No. 3 & No. 4 to Bebruary 10, 1938. On motion duly made seconded and carried unanimously the salary of Superintendent R. W. Strohmeier shall be $260.00 per month effective as of February 1, 1938; and that of James Moran shall be $80.00 per month as of February 1, 1938. fl 1 u H There being no further business the meeting adjourned! Motion Carried. Moved by Commissioner Dahl, seconded by Commissioner Thompson,',and carried unanimously that the Secretary draw an order on the City Treasurer payable to Citizens Bank, Hutchinson, Minn. in the amount of $3013.00, $3000.00 of this amount being payment of balance of Pledge Order # 2, and $13.00 being accrued interest thereon. There being no further business the meeting was adjourned. Moved by Commissioner Dahl and seconded by Commissioner Thompson that the Secretary draw orders on the City Treasurer payable to the City Treasurer in the amount of $22,000.00, for the payment of principal of a lkke amount of 30 Series "B" Bonds dated April 1st, 1936, Notion unanimously carried.
