Monthly keeting
January 6, 1941
The regular monthly meeting of the Light & Power
Commission was held at 5 :00 P. M1. at the Light Plant office.
Commissioners Dahl and Sheppard were present. Supt.
Strohmeier was also present.
Due to the absence of Commissioner Thompson, a motion
was made, seconded and carried that the meeting adjourn
until 5:00 P.M., Thursday January 9, 1941.

BE IT RESOLVED by the Light & Power Commission of the
City of Hutchinson that the President of said Commission and
the Secretary of said Commission be, and they hereby are,
authorized and directed to execute, in behalf of said Commission,
a certain contract by and betwwen the said Commission and the
Schneider Electrical Works, Omaha, i�ebraska, which said contract
is dated January 6, 1941-
Commissioner ?)ahl seconded the motion. Upon roll call.
all Commissioners voted aye, whereupon President Shepnard declared
the resolution duly adopted.
Motion was made by Commissioner Thompson, seconded by
Commissioner Dahl and unanimously carried that the salaries
of the following employees shall be as follws, effective as
of January 1, 1941:
Ross Heilman 130.00
Otto Homburg 95.00
Lloyd Mackedanz 115.00
Felix Esping 115.00
James Moran 120.00
