Upon notice duly given the Light and Power Commission
met at the office of the Prpsid ent, R. I. Sheppard of
the said Commission in the 4it y of Hutchinson at the hour
of 5 o° *clock P.M..
All members were present.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and
approved as read.

After due consideration, and on motion duly made,
seconded and carried, the following were appointed as regular
employees at the salaries and times stated opposite each,
and subject to satisfactory service from each;
R. W. Strohmeier as Superintendent at a salary of $240
per month, effective December 1, 1936.
Paul J. Anderson as Utility man, at a salary of $100
per month with an additional allowance of $20 per month for
clerical work, effective November 21, 1936.
The following as Plant operators, at a salary of $80
per month with an additional allowance of $3.50. per week for .,
each week in which they work seven days instead of six
