MINUTES
CALL TO ORDER: Chairperson Joel Kraft, called the meeting to order. Members
Present: Duane Hoversten and John Houle. Staff Present: Jean Ward, Mary Chelin and
Judy Flemming. Absent: Thor Skeie
IL ELECTION OF OFFICERS:
John Houle moved to re- nominate all officers for another term. Duane Hoversten
seconded and the motion carried unanimously. The officers are Chairman Joel Kraft,
Vice - Chairman Thor Skeie and Secretary /Treasurer John Houle.
III. REVIEW OF 2003 HRA PLANS /OBJECTIVES
John Houle moved to approve. Duane Hoversten seconded and the motion carried
unanimously.
IV. ADJOURNMENT
There being no other business, Chairman Joel Kraft declared the meeting adjourned.
