New Business • Go over new lease agreement clarifying acceptable hangar storage and appendix C clarifying vehicle storage • SRE shed updates • Discussion on aircraft in progress document, general discussion on storage of aircraft parts • Commission notes: Richard Mickolicek expressed concern about the seemingly arbitrary nature of the new lease agreement. Discussion centered around hangar rental as being month to month and lease agreements were not a lifetime contract, rather a yearly consent form, Staff expressed a desire to create a uniform, manageable hangar contents policy. FAA allows airport managers some latitude on hangar contents but strongly recommends consistency across all users in exercising this latitude. Some conversation about the static dsplay of an airplane and the possibility of extending water infrastructure out to the airport. Commission members were asked to look over the new lease agreement, aircraft in progress document, and the vehicle storage document and have comments ready for the next commission needed. All airport commission meeting minutes are available by email on request and the current months minutes will be posted on the city's airport web page.
