I. Call to Order
EDA President Mike McGraw called the meeting to order at 7:01 AM.
II. Joint City Council / Hutchinson Utilities Commission (HUC) / EDA Board meeting
Matt Jaunich, Jeremy Carter and Miles Seppelt provided updates on the city, municipal utility
and the EDA respectively.
Discussion on the need to increase and diversify the HUC customer power load.
Further discussion.
Following the joint meeting with the City Council and HUC Board, the EDA Board moved to
the staff conference room to continue the EDA Board meeting.
Ill. Titanium Partners Loan Proposal
Staff provided a brief overview of the revised loan package. Developer would use the funds
to acquire the Kock building as part of the larger Jorgensen Hotel Redevelopment project.
Discussion.
M/S/P: Block, Daggett to authorize the revised loan package for Titanium Partners. Passed
unanimously.
IV. Adjourn
M/S/P: Block, Czmowski to adjourn the meeting at 9:17 AM. Passed unanimously.
