MINUTES
Parks, Recreation & Community Education Advisory Board
May 6, 2019
Members present were Chad Czmowski, Liz Marcus, Craig Juhnke, Marsha Anderson,
Tim Peterson, Marlys Hoeft. Also present were Dolf Moon and Jody Harms.
The meeting was called to order at 5:15 pm.
A motion was made by Marsha Anderson to approve minutes from the April 1, 2019, Liz
Marcus and Chad Czmowski motioned to approve. The board unanimously agreed.
OLD BUSINESS
A. Tennis/Pickleball Courts: Construction is underway at Park Elementary
B. Campground: Construction began the week of April 29. Hoping for
completion by the week of May 20.
C. Recreation Center Roof: Once project is finalized, bids will be requested.
New Business
A. PRCE Master Plan: Gabrielle reviewed the Master Plan draft. It will be
presented to the City Council June 25. Upon approval/adoption, the Master
Plan will be available online for the public.
