6. UPDATE ON HOUSE MOVE PROJECT
a. Steven. Jensen moved to approve the Revised Resolution 2023-3 Accepting a Property Donation
of the EDA House located 135 First Avenue NW, Hutchinson after the termination of the City of
Hutchinson's Properly tease Agreement. Cary Forcier seconded. The motion carried
unanimously.
h, Steve Jensen moved to approve 131udorn Builders contract fiur general carpentry for the Horne
Move project. Gary Forcier seconded. The motion carried u.naniruuously.
c. FYI: Conditional Use Permit for the llorne Move Project has been submitted to the Hutchinson
