1, CALLTO ORDER Chair Renee Lynn Johanson Kotlarz called the meeting to order.
Members Present: Renee Lynn Johnson Kotlarr, Gary Fenrcier, Robin, Kashuba,, Steve Jensen and

5. PARK TOWERS
a. Park 'fowers June Newsletter was presented.
b, Judy Flernnning reviewed the Park Towers Vacancy Report with tine Board..
c. Operation Update: Judy Flemming updated the F11-TRA Board regarding the recent HOTMA
training. Some of the Park Towers' policies will needed to be revised to follow these I-OT"M
changes.
6. UPDATE CHIN EDA HOUSE PROJECT
Judy Flennunning;presented the bids received sunnmary sheet to the Board. There will be another bid
request sent out:to the trades that did not submit a bid. Those trades include g;encral contractors,
concrete/foundation, materials.
a. Steve Jensen rnoved to accept the lowest, submitted bids. Kira-berly Merwin seconded. The;
motion carried unaninnously.
b, Gary F'orcier moved to give President Renee Lynn Johnson l,otlarz and Executive Director Judy
Flerrrr'ruingw the ability to choose and approve the necessary future bids that are, received from the;

a. Steve Jensen proved, to approve the submitted draft version of the City Center 20,24 Btidget as the
final version of the City Venter 2024 budget. Robin Kashuha seconded. The motion carried
unani rnously,
8. COMMUNICATIONS
a. The City of Hutchinson added the holiday Juneteenth and it went into effect Monday June 19,
2023. .Curly Flenitnin; shared that the Personnel Policy will need to update in the fixture to reflect
that change.
h. A 2023 Legislative Impacts summary was provided.
e. 2022 Population Estimate Letter from the State Demographer was provided.
