12-17-2019 SAM Senior Advisory Board Minutes December 17, 2019 Present: Kay Yoch, Al Barkheim, Curt Dahl, Julie Jensen, Darlene Kenning, Jeannette Meyer, Rhonda Schwarze, City Staff: September Jacobsen, John McRaith Absent: Mike Becker L The meeting was called to order at 4:06 p.m. by Chair Kay Yoch. IL Secretary's Report: The November minutes were reviewed and approved on a motion made by Jeannette and seconded by Curt. III. Treasurer's Report: No report given IV. Old Business A. Tours- No report given B. Update on Programs- No report given V. Business A. September presented the board with a Code of Conduct. Motion made by Curt Dahl to accept and seconded by Jeannette Meyer. D. Other- None VI. Adjournment: Jeannette made a motion to adjourn at 4:15pm with a second from Curt. The motion passed.
