Regular Meeting — Hutchinson Utilities Commission

Call to order — 300 p.m.
President Don Martinez called the meeting to order. Members present: President Do
Martinez; Vice President Matt Cheney; Secretary Robert Wendorff; Commissioner Mon
Morrow, Commissioner Anthony Hanson; GM Jeremy Carter I

2. Approve Consent Agenda
a. Approve Minutes
b. Ratify Payment of Bills
Motion by Commissioner Hianson, second by Commissioner Morrow to approve the
Consent Agenda. Motion carried unanimously.
3. Approve Financial Statements
Mr. Martig presented the Financial Statements. Sales for Resale consisted of higher
market sales due to the generators 150hr warranty -testing period that was
completed. Payroll adjustments will need to be made between the Electric and Gas
departments due to System Control wages not being allocated to the Natural Gas
Division. Nine entries will be made to allocate payroll to the previous 9 months, so
month over month's actuals will be accurate. Going forward the aillocation wiIll be
done monthly.
Motion by Commissioner Wendorff, secondby Commissioner Cheney to approvd
the financial statements. Motion carried unanimously.

L South Grade Rd is scheduled to open this weekend
ii. Annual Citizens survey — HUC received a rating of 89%, for favorable
service that is provided.
b, Divisions
L Dan Lang, Engineering Services Manager —
1. SCADA representative out for a, couple of weeks
2. Working on Plant 2 Transformer - prepping to get a temporary tra:nsformer
in.
ii. Dave Hunstad, Electric Transmission/Distribution Manager —
1. Working;, with Insurance companies on the Plant 2 Transformer, Will now
be able to, remove old transformer and install temporary.
