Regular Meeting — Hutchinson Utilities Commission

President Don Martinez called the meeting to order. Members present: President Do
Martinez; Vice President Matt Cheney, Secretary Robert Wendiorff; Commissioner Mon
Morirow,Commissioner Anthony Hanson; GM Jeremy Carter; Attorney Marc Sebora I
2. Approve Consent Agenda
a. Approve Minutes
b. Ratify Payment of Bills
Motion by Commissioner Wendorff, second by Commissioner Hanson to approve
the Consent Agenda. Motion carried unanimously.
3. Approve Financial Statements
Mr. Martig presented the Financial Statements. Last month there was a meter error
with the hospital account, this has been fixed and a refund will be issued next month
of $461K, which will affect the rate stabilization for the next couple of months.
GM Carter noted that the Electric, Division usage was down slightly but overall
trending as it should. Natural Gas Diivisioln revenues and expenses were similar to
last year.
